Academic Programs

The Dallas Texas Prefreshman Engineering Program (Dallas TexPREP) is an academically intense, mathematics-based, summer enrichment program.

The program is presented in a seven-week session over the course of three summers, each year progressively harder and building upon the previous year’s work.

Health Careers

The Division of Health and Legal Studies is home to some of El Centro College's most dynamic programs, leading to many different rewarding careers in the nursing and allied health professions as well as the Paralegal profession. The El Centro Paralegal Studies Program is the only community college paralegal program in the North Central Texas area that is approved by the American Bar Association.

Continuing Education

We continue to add and develop new classes, faculty, facilities and strategic partnerships to stay on the frontline of the ever changing needs for career and personal growth and build upon the quality reputation El Centro has enjoyed with students, workforce and the community for the past 45 years.

Communications and Math

The Communications, Mathematics, Developmental Studies, and Teacher Preparation Division is located on the third floor of the A Building in room A341.
