Mountain View to Host Hillary Clinton Campaign Rally

Over the years, many presidential candidates (and presidents) have visited the colleges of the DCCCD.
• Vice President George H.W. Bush spoke at Mountain View College in 1980 as well as Eastfield College in 1986.
• President Bill Clinton visited Mountain View College during an early vote rally for Hillary Rodham Clinton’s presidential campaign in 2008.
• And then, most recently, President Barack Obama spoke at Eastfield College in 2011.

A New Guest

Hillary Clinton will be the next presidential hopeful to visit the colleges of the DCCCD. Her campaign has rented the Mountain View gymnasium for a campaign rally on Tuesday, Nov. 17.

The event is open to the community, including students. Tickets will not be issued, so attendance is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The doors to the gym will open at noon, and the program is scheduled to begin at 1:15 p.m.
