This article appeared in the Oct. 9, 2018, issue of the student newsletter.
On Aug. 17, we implemented a new password process, and now we want to know what you thought of that change. We want to know everything — what went well for you? What didn't? We want to use your feedback to learn where some of the rougher edges were so that we can smooth them out a little, as well as learn more about our strengths so we can continue to build on them.
As you are aware, District IT put in place a new password policy on Aug. 17, 2018, to enhance your student experience when you use our online services. We are committed to building a team that understands the importance of transparency, provides excellent customer service and ensures the protection of DCCCD digital assets. I would like to express my sincere appreciation for your patience during the introduction of our new password policy. I would also like to apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during this transition period.
If you are still experiencing issues related to your password or Single Sign-On services, feel free to contact the DCCCD Technical Support Center at 866-374-7169 or visit our online
Technical Support Center to chat with an agent or submit a ticket.
Your feedback is valuable to the service we provide. Please feel free to share your experience by completing the IT Cares survey.
DCCCD IT is here to serve your needs as a student.
