Completing your college education – whether it's a certificate or degree – is critical if you want to qualify for jobs that pay
a living wage, build a career and ensure a bright future for yourself (and your family).
Commit to Complete Week activities stress the importance of completing college by offering lots of activities and programs which provide you with information about how to complete school, earn a credential and/or
transfer to a four-year institution.
Supported by Phi Theta Kappa chapters across DCCCD, Commit to Complete Week events are scheduled across several months for the fall semester.
Signing a pledge – your commitment to complete college – is a focal point during that week.
"It's important for every student at all of our colleges to finish what they start – their degree," said Anna Mays, DCCCD associate vice chancellor for educational policy and student success.
2017 Commit to Complete events are listed below. Don't see your college on the list? Stop by the
Student Life to find out how you can commit to complete your certificate or degree.
Begin the week with the Commit to Complete Kick-Off on Monday, Oct. 9, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Student Center!
