Come to El Centro College to become a Certified Food Service Manager. We offer approved certification and re-certification courses that meet the requirements mandated by the cities of Dallas, Garland and Mesquite. These courses are also offered in Spanish.
Food protection management certification This 15-hour training and certification course is for managers of establishments, which prepare and serve food to the public. This course satisfies FDA and Texas Department of Health guidelines. The certification is effective for five years.
