Bits & Bites 2017


Bits & Bites 2017 will honor Beth Sonnier,  former Chef Instructor and Advisor who served the Food & Hospitality Institute for over 30 years with dedication and heart.  


El Centro’s annual celebration of food and drink benefiting the Food & Hospitality Institute, is on the menu. We transform the Dining Room, Kitchen, and Student Center into a showcase of spirits, sweets, and savories.

Proceeds from this popular evening contribute to a fund established to expand the FHSV program: more Bits & Bites, more kitchens, and more services to nurture the next generation of food and hospitality experts in our own hometown,
one of the nation’s top dining destinations.
