About El Centro

President: Dr. Jose Adames

Life in the urban center of Dallas means hectic schedules, mass transit and motivated students. Life at El Centro gives Dallas-area and international students from more than 70 countries time to learn, plan their lives and build their futures through education.

Surrounded by skyscrapers and the West End, El Centro is a mecca for downtown students who want to grow their careers in fields like nursing, accounting, business, fashion and interior design, Cisco and Microsoft systems, Internet publishing and more.

Health care programs cover 13 fields of study, and students who want high-tech careers have high-tech labs to help them learn more. And the Food and Hospitality Institute produces some of the best chefs in the Southwest!

El Centro picks up the pace!
