Vision Statement:

The Resource Development Department at El Centro College is part of the Institutional Development, Effectiveness, and Advancement (IDEA) Division and We Are Dedicated To Providing Resources, Information And Innovative Ideas In Support Of Institutional Excellence And Student Success.

Mission:

The Resource Development Department works to build and nurture external relationships to support the mission of El Centro College. We seek partnerships with funding agencies, public and private organizations, other educational institutions, and business and industry for the purpose of expanding opportunities for our students, providing quality instruction, ensuring the professional growth of faculty and staff, and making a positive contribution to our community.

Primary Goals:

In the Resource & Development Office, our primary goals are to:
  • Assist the college with finding resources to fund innovative ideas that align with the college strategic plan
  • Manage grants and other funding resources that aid the college in supporting student success.
