Founder of the Equality Law Center in Rowlett, Ceaser A. Espinoza is law clerk for attorney Lydia Y. Green, where he assists in all filings and pleadings for bankruptcy and criminal cases. He previously served as an admissions consultant in Oklahoma City University’s School of Law and continues to serve as an instructor and lecturer on matters of citizenship and immigration fundamentals for Mount St. Mary Community Outreach Program of Oklahoma City. He holds an associate degree from Eastfield College, a bachelor’s degree in political science from UNT and a Juris Doctor degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law.
Admitted to membership in the Supreme Court of Oklahoma in 2007, he holds professional memberships in the American Immigration Lawyer Association, the Dallas Bar Association, the National Hispanic Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Oklahoma Bar Association.
A nominee for the Dallas Morning News’ Texan of the Year in 2006, he holds certification in Client Representation in Alternative Dispute Resolution and in the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA) from Oklahoma City University School of Law. Bilingual in Spanish, his areas of expertise include administrative law, immigration law, bankruptcy law and alternative dispute resolution.
