​Come Taste What Our Students Are Cooking

Students of the Food and Hospitality Institute prepare complete three-course meals to prove their skills, applying their knowledge to a real-world audience. 

Reservations are required, and seats are in high demand!

Meals are served in the Dining Room, C-100, accessed through the Market Street entrance. The cost is $12, and credit cards are accepted.

To make a reservation, call 214-860-2217. Once your reservation is made, you may call 214-860-2048 to pay by credit card.


 

During the Spring 2019 Semester we are serving American Regional Cuisine selections from across our nation for dinner on Tuesdays beginning February.

Seating is from 6:00 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.


International Cuisine selections from around the world for lunch on Thursdays beginning February.

Seating is from 11:30 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.
