Adjunct Bakery/Pastry Instructor

Chris Miller has served as an adjunct bakery/pastry instructor at El Centro since 1994. She began her career at a French pastry shop near Detroit and was a cake decorator for Tom Thumb stores in Dallas for 23 years. She is the pastry production lead for the Whole Foods Market at Park Lane in Dallas, where she supervises the store’s bakers, cake decorators and pastry chefs.
