​Come Taste What Our Students Are Cooking

Students of the Food and Hospitality Institute prepare complete three-course meals to prove their skills, applying their knowledge to a real-world audience. 

Reservations are required, and seats are in high demand!   FHI is upgrading…we have a new reservation system that allows you to book at anytime from anywhere online.  Let us know what you think by sending an email to bo-duke@dcccd.edu.  We hope you love it!

Meals are served in the Dining Room, C-100, accessed through the Market Street entrance.

American Regional Cuisine selections from across our nation:
Dinner on Tuesdays beginning September 24, 2019.
Seating is from 6:00 p.m. to 6:15p.m.

International Cuisine selections from around the world:
Lunch on Thursdays beginning September 12, 2019.
Seating is from 11:30 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.
