Weekly Lunch Service at El Centro

​Come Taste What Our Students Are Cooking

Students of the Culinary, Pastry and Hospitality program prepare complete three-course meals to prove their skills, applying their knowledge to a real-world audience. 

Reservations are required, and seats are in high demand! We have a new reservation system that allows you to book at anytime from anywhere online. We hope you love it!

Meals are served in the Dining Room, C-100, accessed through the Market Street entrance.

During the Spring 2020 Semester we are serving American Regional Cuisine selections from across our nation for lunch on Thursdays, beginning February 6th.

Seating is from 11:30 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.
