For over 50 years El Centro College has trained an expert and passionate workforce serving the North Texas culinary and hospitality industry. Through Bits & Bites and other community efforts, the Culinary, Pastry and Hospitality (CPH) program demonstrates its commitment to the local culinary community and its status as a national recognized culinary arts training program.
Thanks to the overwhelming support of the YOU, the local industry and the greater Dallas community, the primary purpose of Bits & Bites has been a tremendous success! This year the CPH program expanded into the world class culinary training facilities that previously housed the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. This facility acquisition by the DCCCD and El Centro College is a model for public utilization of existing infrastructure directed towards workforce development to impact the critical shortage for trained professionals in our industry!
