El Centro College - Academics

El Centro West Campus offers a variety of classes for students pursuing a degree and/or seeking to enhance workforce skills through continuing education.

At the West Campus, degree seeking students begin taking general education coursework. Students will enjoy the benefits of beginning their studies in a small, intimate setting while working campus.

As students progress in their studies, they will begin taking advanced coursework toward degree completion at the downtown campus. El Centro offers a variety of associate degrees and certificate program majors in various disciplines such as nursing, fashion design, culinary arts, business administration and others.

Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree? Students who plan to transfer to a four year university ( can take advantage of competitive tuition rates by starting at El Centro. Taking classes at West Campus will get students on the right track toward a four year degree. To ensure course transferability, consult with an Enrollment Specialist today.
