Complaints, Concerns and Suggestions

Formal complaints and grievances must be submitted in writing to the office of the Executive Dean of Student and Enrollment Services. This process is required by board policy.  Records of formal complaints are secured under lock and key in the office of Ms. Felicitas "Fela" Alfaro, Executive Dean of Student and Enrollment Services.
