The Library computers have copies of Microsoft Office installed on them, along with  image editing software. Winway Resume Maker is on some computers.

The Library also has a scanner available for use.

Services & Policies

Checking Out Materials

The Downtown Library has over 70,000 books available for checking out.  These include materials related to courses and programs offered by El Centro College, along with popular fiction.

Ten items can be checked out at any given time, with a limit of four items checked out simultaneously.

Items can be checked out for three weeks and then renewed for an additional three weeks.

Books not overdue can be renewed once online.

    Where is the Library located?

    Downtown: The El Centro College Library is located on the 2nd floor of the B Building, just behind the A Building elevators.
    West: From the parking lot, enter the front doors into West and the Library will be on your right.
    BJP: 2nd floor, across from the cafeteria.
