Complaints, Concerns and Suggestions


Formal complaints and grievances must be submitted in writing to the office of the Executive Dean of Student and Enrollment Services. This process is required by board policy.  Records of formal complaints are secured under lock and key in the office of the Executive Dean of Student and Enrollment Services.

For informal complaints or suggestions, you may contact Dr. Bettie Tully at 214.860.2105, or you may use the form below. This informal complaint/suggestion form will be sent to Dr. Tully, College Ombudsman, and she will be in direct contact with you by email.
