Join the EXES Association and find out what’s going on at the Food & Hospitality Institute! Through generous donations of members and fundraising events like the Hop ‘n Hogs Dinner, a pairing of locally brewed beer and the vaunted pig, the EXES look forward to future success. With this year’s proceeds, we plan to purchase a cold curing cabinet for use in FHI’s Garde Manger course.
The General Membership meeting will be held Monday, August 31st, at El Centro College.  New officers will be elected and plans laid out for future events.  We invite you to meet Steve DeShazo, Director of the Food and Hospitality Institute. He will address the state of the Institute and Apprenticeship Program.
