Food Protection Management Certification
Come to El Centro College to become a Certified Food Service Manager. We offer approved certification and re-certification courses that meet the requirements mandated by the cities of Dallas, Garland and Mesquite. These courses are also offered in Spanish.
Food protection management certification This 15-hour training and certification course is for managers of establishments, which prepare and serve food to the public.
