Thursday Luncheons Open to Public

Every Thursday afternoon of the Fall and Spring semesters, students of the Food and Hospitality Institute prepare a complete four-course meal for the public to prove their skills, applying their classroom-based knowledge to a real-world audience.
 
Reservations are required, and seats are in high demand! Tickets go on sale at 9 a.m. Fridays for the following week.

These four-course meals are served in the Dining Room, C-100, accessed through the Market Street entrance. The cost is only $12, and credit cards are accepted.  

To make a reservation, call 214-860-2217. Once your reservation is made, you may call 214-860-2048 to pay by credit card. We start accepting reservations at 9 a.m. Friday mornings; seating for lunch is at 11:30 a.m.
