Who may use this service?

DCCCD students, staff, and faculty. Individuals not affiliated with the Dallas County Community College District may only post questions specifically pertaining to our Library collections.

What types of questions are appropriate to ask?

We can get you started with ideas to begin your research, help you locate sources of information, and brainstorm other related topics! Often, the information you want isn't available on the Internet, but might be available through our library databases.

Allow 3-4 hours for a librarian to get back to you. Reference Librarians will attempt to send responses via email to all questions within 24 hours excluding weekends, holidays, and unforeseen events.
