One of the main features of the Web is the ability to link quickly to numerous sources of information.

The Internet Service Providers (ISPs), AOL, AT&T, and some others provide an altered version of the browser/s when you buy their service and install their browser. There are known problems with trying to use the library systems rewriting proxy when using one of the provided browsers. The easiest way to remedy this is to down load a full, complete copy of the browser. There are several places from which to download the browser. You should get either Internet Explorer (IE) 5.5 with service pack 1 or 6.0 or Netscape Communicator Version 4.7, 6, 6.2 or 7.
