Help improve your cardiovascular in this week’s event by having the opportunity to walk or jog on the treadmill and keep track of your individual progress. As an incentive, each person who successfully completes a “200 mile” run/walk during the week will receive a special award. So come out and put your "heart" into the challenge to get your best results!
