Guardian Angel by Richard Menchaca

Richard Menchaca has been a faculty member of El Centro College for 45 years and in education for more than 50 years. He currently serves as the chair of the reading department at El Centro.

He has been inducted into the National Hispanic Sports Hall of Fame, University of North Texas Sports Hall of Fame, and had his Sidney Lanier High School State Championship jersey retired and displayed at the Nemo Herrera High School Gymnasium in San Antonio.
