ITCC-1408  Introduction to VoIP
Preq: DREA0093 (concurrent), completion of Cisco 4 (ITCC 2410), certification or Telephony experience. First course in preparation for the CCVP certification. VoIP focus on implementing and supporting data and voice integration solutions at the network access level.  Section 53330 is a hybrid course. Students are required to attend the first day of class at 2:00 p.m. to enroll in the eCampus, NetLab, and Cisco Academy systems. Students are also required to attend the last day fo class at 2:00 p.m. to complete an Objective Exam and a Skills Based Assessment. Onlien assignments outside of class are required. Additional 4 hours of oepn lab are required per week to complete labs using equipment. Email your instructor at emartinez@dcccd.edu as soon as you enroll in this class.
