Diplomas/Certificates

To receive a diploma or certificate, you must complete an Application for Graduation and submit it to the Admissions & Registration Office (A169). You should apply for graduation one semester before you complete all your required courses.

Fall - October 15
Spring - March 15
Summer - June 15

Note: If one of the above dates falls on a holiday or weekend, the following Monday will be the deadline.

Commencement Celebration

A Commencement Ceremony is held at the end of the spring semester. All participants must complete the Commencement Participation Form.

Photography

Cap and gown portrait

There will be portraits done prior to the ceremony. Background set up. These are printed the day of the ceremony.

Prices are:
One 4x6 in a folder for $15. Three 4x6 for $25.
Receiving diploma on stage portrait

Pictures will be on-line at www.elcentro2012.photoherald.com after the ceremony the following day. These portraits will be mailed.
