Welcome to the El Centro College Mildred Finch Learning Center!
Our Mission: The Learning Center offers academic support to students, providing them with an inviting environment geared toward enhancing student learning. Services and programs in the Learning Center provide academic support for students who want to build their academic skills and become more effective learners.
