Dual Credit

How you Benefit

The best of both worlds. Juniors and seniors at participating high schools can begin earning credit at El Centro College while earning credit toward your high school diploma.

Your college tuition is waived.

You can begin learning what you need to know to improve your success at a four-year college or university or you can begin preparing yourself to enter a high-paying career as early as the 12th grade.

To sum it up, you save time, money and improve your academic performance.

Why El Centro?

El Centro, located at the gateway to the West End District in downtown Dallas, has served the educational needs of Dallas since 1966. We're well qualified to prepare you for a satisfying, productive career. And we make it easy for you to boost your knowledge with college.
  • From admissions to counseling

Complete the admissions process at El Centro with your counselor's help. This will include applications, testing, counseling and other activities for new students.
