Adopt an Angel
Every
year we try to make Christmas special by organizing the Adopt an
Angel Program. Volunteers from our El Centro community adopt a child
provided by the ARC staff. Come by our office no later than October
31st to register your child.
Child Care Reimbursement
Through
a calculation of your hours in school, your tax information and
other information, we help students with child care costs through
a reimbursement program.
NOTE: At this time the program is full, but we are taking names
for the waiting list.
Emergency Loans
We provide emergency
loans for small bills and temporary help on nonacademic costs.
Referrals to Outside Agencies
We
help students locate off campus assistance such as housing, health
care, counseling, food and clothing. Information and Referral Hotline:

Textbook Lending
Do
you need assistance with books? The ARC has a variety of books that
are available for check out for the entire semester.
If you receive financial aid or the PELL grant, you must use your
book check prior to applying for this service.
