ACT is the owner of WorkKeys system.
This is a system for testing the skills of current and prospective employment to determine, among other things, their compatibility for certain jobs.
El Centro uses WorkKeys to assess the skills of Prospective students for the MRI program.
Which areas of the test are needed for the profile:
- reading for information
- locating information
- applied mathematics
The assessment for Continuing Education coursework is at no cost to students.
Students must:
- be advised by the Continuing Education Department
- acquire a Test Referral Form
- schedule a test date and time with the Assessment Center
- present scores to advisors and MRI Program Administrator
