	Foodborn Illness Education The United States Department of Agriculture and the Food and Drug Administration created the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points Training Programs and Resources Database to support the educational information needs of industry and foodservice professionals in implementing HACCP programs.
	Nutrition Analysis Tool The Nutrition Analysis Tool (NAT) is provided as a public service by the Food Science and Human Nutrition Department at the University of Illinois.  The database used by NAT is composed of the USDA Handbook #8 and information from food companies.  Visit the Energy Calculator too.
