Computer Lab

The computer lab has become a central point of contact for more than just exercises in support of our lecture classes.  As well as learning computer assisted programs in such areas as safety and sanitation, supervision, purchasing, costing, and other industry related programs, students have access to the Internet and a school email account.  Lab assistants qualified in both computer technology and the food service industry are available at all times to assist those who have questions.

The lab is also the place to get the latest information on daily changes around school, apply for industry scholarships such as the Texas Restaurant Association and Women in Food Service, and enter contests and competitions.

The lab is located in room C150 and is open Monday thru Thursday from 10:00AM 'til 7:00PM and on Fridays from 10:00AM 'til 2:00PM.
