Bill has been teaching at El Centro College for several years and is well respected by his students.  He is an administrator at a local facility that rehabilitates offenders who have drug-related convictions.  Mr. Hornyak is a sociological practicioner who brings to the classroom a wealth of experience and knowledge about sociology, and social problems.  He uses an informal interactive approach to his teaching, always attempting to get his students involved in the learning process.
