Each Thursday afternoon, the Food and Hospitality Institute prepares a complete four course meal.

Access to the dining room from the Market St. entrance.

Cost is still very affordable at $12.00 and reservations are required!

We start accepting reservations at 9:00AM Friday mornings.
Seating for lunch is Thursday at 11:30-11:45 A.M.

Norway Lunch Menu


First Course

Choice of:
Grilled beets and mixed greens with balsalmic vinaigrette and Danish bleu cheese
OR
Salmon corn chowder

Entree

Roasted pork loin with mustard dill sauce accompanied by braised cabbage, tomatoes, and onion served with rosted potatoes and anchovy

Breads

Potato roll with Jarlsburg cheese, light rye, and sourdough with cranberry and walnut

Dessert

Lemon curd jelly roll with strawberry sauce
