The Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex has an expanding population, two busy convention centers and rapid growth of hotels and restaurants creating strong demand for qualified personnel to staff these facilities. The benefits you receive when you hone your skills at El Centro:
The food service curriculum was developed and is continuously monitored by an industry advisory committee composed of members of the Dallas Restaurant Association, Dallas Hotel and Motel Association, Dallas Chapter of the American Dietetic Association, Texas Chefs Association, American Culinary Federation and others. All A.A.S. degrees are accredited by the Accrediting Commission of the American Culinary Federation. For more information, visit the DCCCD Food & Hospitality Institute web page. |
