- What forms of payment are accepted for tuition and fees?
- Cash, credit card, money order, cashier check or check.
- When paying by check, what information do you require?
- Texas driver's license number and birth dates of the person who signed the check.
- What credit cards do you accept?
- VISA, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.
- How long does it take to get a refund?
- Refunds are processed after the first day of classes. There are no cash refunds. For those students paying by cash or check, refunds will be processed in approximately 30 days after the refund was due. Refunds for tuition payments made by VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express will be credited to your account. Students entitled to a refund should be certain their current addresses are on file in the Admissions Office.
- Can you take my financial aid check for my tuition payment?
- No, you must cash the check and pay by cash, check or money order.
- Can I write a check for my returned check?
- No, only cash, money order or cashiers check is accepted. There is a $25 cost for returned checks.
- Can I write a check for my returned check?
- Yes, payment may be made online using the eConnect system. Payments made by Credit card may be called in to the Cashier’s line at 214.860.2048
