Are there any best practices you would recommend to other students learning how to use the Tegrity tools?

(1)-	You have to read the book
(2)-	none
(3)-	Make it more user friendly and easy to use and install with windows - without having to download and install special programs and add ins
(4)-	I have no idea what you are talking about?
(5)-	VERY unfortunately, tegrity cannot be used with Mac (something to do with Java) so must have a PC
(6)-	no
(7)-	Utilize any tegrity sessions your instructors provide!
(8)-	Review the material a little bit before usiing tergrity. Makes for better understanding.
(9)-	Self discipline and determination will help you focus on tegrity classes
(10)-	Use it! You can miss a lot during class but having the class taped gives you the opportunity to go back and listen again for something you missed.

My experience with Tegrity would have been better if (please type 'none' if nothing comes to mind)

(1)-	it was better
(2)-	none
(3)-	If it were easier to connect to Tegrity with a dial up computer connection. I have spent at least a couple of hours attempting to pull up lectures on the Tegrity program befor leaving my home finding a computer with a cable connection.
(4)-	the exams would be in class not the cheating internet based type.
(5)-	If download time could be reduced and it was easier to use with a dial up connection
(6)-	I was instructed on how to use the system. you guys made this very difficult. The quality wasn't good. I could not see or hear some of the video. I got tired of trying so I stopped looking at them all together.

(8)-	We actually had to down-grade software on the PC to get it to work

(10)-	I could view the videos clearly in full screen

Please describe any technical problems experienced with Tegrity during the course.

(1)-	You have to have high speed dsl at home to really get it. f you didn't than you had to go down town and if you went there you might as well have a class.
(2)-	none
(3)-	See above...I was able to listen to lectures with the dial up connection, however this was not helpful because I missed notes that you were being displayed on the screen by the professor.
(4)-	occassional maintenance better to be between 3am to 9am sat and sun only.
(5)-	Not available on some days. Special add ins and setting changes on computer that were not easy to understand. Intructions for install not easy to access and understand.
(6)-	I want you to look at all the videos on line and tell me what you think about the quality of the video and tell me what you hear. poor quality.
(7)-	Using DSL, I still had some stalling of video, and everytime I had to pause the recording and tried to start back up, my computer crashed. My computer is maintained by an IT guru, and I know he was extremely frustrated with setting up. I would have much prefered to have been able to watch my recordings on my beloved Mac instead.

(9)-	Many times the videos will stop with the sound continuing. Often times the image is pixelated
(10)-	While viewing tegrity, the video would stop and may sometimes take a while to play again. Could just be my computer!
