The Facilities Services Division provides for building maintenance
and repair; building operating systems maintenance and service;
grounds / landscape maintenance; material / receiving and distribution;
mail and printing services, capital asset inventory control; telephone
service coordination; hazardous materials coordination; contracted
custodial services; key / lock requests. The Division also manages
in-house construction and remodeling projects and coordinates ECC
funded and District funded capital construction projects.
