GED Testing Schedule
Testing is scheduled on Wednesdays and Thursdays twice a month. The following information lists the times for subject areas. Wednesdays 8:00am - Language Arts - Writing 11:30am - Language Arts - Reading 1:30pm - Social Studies Thursdays 8:00 am - Science 10:30am - Math GED Registration Schedule
To register to take a GED test at the Bill Priest Institute, you must attend a separate registration session before test day; no registration sessions will be held on GED testing days. During the registration session, you will be asked to fill out all paperwork completely and accurately. Failure to do so will result in inaccurate records and may lead to difficulty obtaining records in the future.
You Must Make An Appointment To Attend A Registration Session!
Simply call 214-860-5792 Registrations are held twice a month at 9:00 a.m. Registration sessions are held in room 1080. Due to the nature of the paperwork to be completed, late arrivals will not be admitted; please plan to arrive early. Those individuals needing to take more than one test need only attend one registration session. These Prices Are Subject To Change
Payment for the test(s) should be made by vouchers, cash or money orders. The GED Tests are $80 for all five tests and $15 for each re-test.
What to Bring With You to the Registration Session
One of the following forms of picture identification: current Texas driver’s license, Department of Public Safety photo ID, or current passport.

All questions regarding GED may be addressed by calling (214) 860-5792 between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday Accommodations in testing may be made for candidates with special needs. In order to qualify, candidates will need to provide extensive documentation from physicians and/or therapists that specifically address the special need. Call (214) 860-5792 for more information. |
