Philosophy:
You can teach anyone anything if you make it interesting. That, in essence, is my
teaching philosophy and my passion. "Engage the student" could be my credo! When
students become active participants in class, it is a dynamic and formative
experience. We all learn, and the students remember the experience because
it has meaning, relevance to them.
I also feel that teachers have a special mission, and not a "mission impossible."
I believe we must always stimulate intellectual curiosity. When one questions,
one learns. Critical inquiry -- not mute acceptance -- leads to discovery!
