the lab activities for Vista Client configuration. The following
are minimum system requirements for both scenarios: 1) Vista
installed directly on available hardware requries (1 GHz 32-bit
(x86) or 64 bit processor, 512 MB of system memory (1 GB
recommended), 80 GB hard drive, DVD-ROM drive, network adaptor,
for Windows Aero, support for DirectX 9 graphics with WDDM
driver, 128 MB of graphics memory (minimum), Pixel shader 2.0 in
hardware, and 32 bits per pixel; or 2) Vista installed in a
Virtual PC 2007 virtual machine on a host computer requires (same
hardware specs as above, except recommend minimum 2 GB of system
memory and Virtual PC 2007 installed (free download) or students
may attend open lab on Friday evening or another time designated
by instructor to complete required labs. Students without a home
