How Financial Aid Funds Are Disbursed

For Financial Aid issues or concerns, we recommend the following:
  1. Call the Call Center @ 972-587-2599
  2. Visit the F.A. Office on campus
  3. Email the Call Center @ FACC@DCCCD.edu
  4. Email the EL Centro mailbox @ ECCFA@DCCCD.edu (Allow 2-3 days to receive a response for inquiries through the call center email and ECC email format
