What's happening at El Centro?

  • Surface and Mark

    Nicholas Mathis - Shadow (2013), oil on canvas, 72 x 84 in. Opening Reception: Friday 5/31 6-8 pm
     
    Surface and Mark, an exhibition exploring the basic elements of two-dimensional art making, will open at El Centro on Friday May 31st, and continue through July 3rd. There will be one work, or discrete installation, by each of the eight artists in the show.

    Justin Hunter Allen • C.J. Davis • Timothy Harding • Nicholas Mathis • Jeff Parrott • Arthur Peña • Ben Terry • Michael Wynne
  • Registration Dates for Summer Classes

    Priority registration (open to returning students) begins Tuesday, April 23, and continues through Sunday, April 28.

    Regular registration (open to all students) begins Monday, April 29.

    End dates for Summer term registration vary by class (You can register up until a class has met once.)

  • New Student Orientation

    All new college students will need to attend a New Student Orientation session before registering for classes. Start today, by completing the following steps:

  • Free Online Tutoring

    Would you like help in your courses but can't get to campus to see a tutor?  Try FREE online tutoring through the ECC Learning Center!  Online tutoring is offered in math, writing, Spanish, chemistry, and SCIT.

    Hours are posted on the ECC Learning Center Online Tutoring eCampus organization page.

  • ID Requirement

    Effective Spring 2013 all students, staff, and faculty will be required to wear their current ID badge while on campus. The ID must be worn so that it is visible to others. This new policy is a collective effort to improve campus safety and provide a better learning environment.
     
    If you do not have an ID, one can be issued in the Office of Student Life, Room B-270.
